order processing
all orders are processed within 1–3 business days. during busy periods (launches, promos, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
shipping rates & delivery times
shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. estimated delivery times:

please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and your location.
tracking your order
once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
incorrect address
please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout. sweetr is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
lost or delayed parcels
once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the courier. sweetr is not responsible for delays or lost packages, but we’ll always try to help you track it down.
warm weather notice
our products are sensitive to heat. while we take care in packaging, sweetr is not responsible for melting or damage caused by exposure to high temperatures during transit.
